| Our trading department utilizes the latest technologies to provide our clients with maximum efficiency and overall execution excellence for both listed and NASDAQ orders. We are connected to many of the major FIX order routing networks including Bloomberg, ITG RouteNet, MacGregor, TradeWare and TNS as well as the major ECN’s. With electronic order routing, traders benefit from seamless and efficient connectivity to Sturdivant directly from their existing systems. Because stocks trade differently, have different intra-day patterns, market expertise is vital in order to execute trades efficiently, as anonymously as possible, and with minimal impact. We strive to tap as many sources of liquidity to ensure that our client’s orders are executed as efficiently as possible. For our clients who want their orders executed with a Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) strategy, our trading systems allow us to enter orders in multiple ways such as slicing the order into the market on a percentage basis, as a percentage of volume, or slicing it into the market at various times during the day. Our clients are brought closer to the market through the firm’s relationship with a premier, independent Direct Access broker allowing us to provide point-of-sale execution and real-time information. As a member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and through our long-standing clearing arrangements with the following organizations, Sturdivant & Co. can execute client orders on all the worldwide exchanges:
