Mr. Sturdivant has 30 years of experience in the investment business and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, security analysis and investment research. He was a member of a research team that was selected three straight years as runner-up in the Annual Institutional Investor Poll. Mr. Sturdivant received his B.S. degree cum laude in Mathematics from Morgan State University and his MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation, National Association of Security Professionals, and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Sturdivant holds a Series 7, 24 and 53. Harvey R. deKrafft Managing Director,  Head of Trading hdekrafft@sturdivant-co.com Mr. Harvey deKrafft is Managing Director & Head of Trading at Sturdivant & Co. and has over 18 years of trading and sales experience. He has been with the firm since its inception in 1988. As Managing Director, Mr. deKrafft is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of Sturdivant's trading and execution operations.He works closely with the firms' clients to help implement strategies that maximize their respective trading objectives. Mr. deKrafft earned his B.S. in Finance at Villanova University in 1986. Mr. deKrafft holds a Series 7, 63, 24 and 28. Carl R. Gibbs, Jr. Executive Vice President, Head of Sales cgibbs@sturdivant-co.com Mr. Gibbs is head of Sturdivant’s & Co.’s Institutional Sales and Research team. Mr. Gibbs is responsible for the day to day operation of the firm. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Sturdivant & Co., Mr. Gibbs served as Executive Vice President at Harris Capital Partners, a regional brokerage firm, where he oversaw planning, accounting, financial reporting functions, and investor relations. Mr. Gibbs earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business at Trenton State College and holds a Series 7, 6, 24, 63 and 87.
